Our Mission:

“We believe HSEQ systems can be efficient, cost effective and ensure continuity of production.”

Align Strategic Management Services Pty Ltd was originally established in 2002 by Tania Van der Stap, Director, after having Productive Safety Management published by Elsevier Science, Oxford. As a result, Align made the transition from specializing in Human Resource Management to Health, Safety and Environment. From 2002 to 2012, Align provided HSE consulting services to Chevron’s Gorgon Project, Monadelphous, Baker Hughes, Fortescue Metals Group, Worley Parsons, Shark Bay Resources and other great companies.

From 2012 to 2016, Align was strategically ‘parked’ whilst Tania took a HSE Manager’s role with AngloGold Ashanti where she made significant improvements taking the business unit from ‘vulnerable’ to ‘proactive’ on the HSE and operational risk journey. In 2016, Align was rebadged to Align Risk Management and in 2017, Greg Croker, who had been a silent Director of the company since 2012, left GE to consult globally in quarantine / biosecurity management. Greg has a wealth of knowledge having worked for GE, Chevron (on the Gorgon Project), Quarantine WA and AQIS.
